Private Estate – Herefordshire

Laird Bailey were instructed to develop a landscape strategy for a large private estate in Herefordshire. The strategy compiled the wider teams’ proposals by identifying and addressing key issues and opportunities throughout the site to demonstrate viability to the LPA.

LBLA proposed a number of landscape enhancements and methods of mitigation for screening the proposals. We set out long term management objectives to ensure the parkland setting was retained and enhanced and assisted the ecology team with putting together a landscape and ecology management plan.
