Grangewood Estate

Situated within the Chilterns AONB lies the Grangewood Farm Estate. We have assisted in progressing a detailed application for a replacement dwelling. Working in collaboration with COHAIM ARCHITECTURE, LBLA has developed a landscape strategy.

The landscape was developed to retain the expansive view out to the wider Chilterns AONB. LBLA has ensured key local landscape policies were met by developing 25% net canopy coverage across the site. One very excited client, we are looking forward to progressing this further in 2022.
