Trevarner Farm, Wadebridge

LBLA developed the landscape works in order to discharge conditions on this large residential development. We have now finished supplying tender documentation to Vistry South west and construction has begun on site. The scheme has has a rocky road being refused at appeal on highway grounds and finally approved in 2018. Working closely with project engineers, LBLA have ensured the character of the surrounding landscape has been maintained. We have managed to provide a large number of native trees within close proximity to development. This has been achieved through careful species selection and the design development of tree pit details. The development is currently under construction and is due to open residents in 2024.
