Netherhall Gardens, Camden

LBLA assisted Re-Creo Architects with a development for 6 new flatted dwellings at 13 Netherhall Gardens, London, NW3 5RN. Located within a conservation area and adjacent to a SINC the design development and landscape response was crucial to a successful project.

LBLA worked closely alongside the project team to develop and deliver a complex landscape scheme. Ecological enhancement and arboricultural targets were key drivers of the design. LBLA developed a wild aesthetic in keeping with the overgrown character of the existing site.

LBLA delivered a Landscape Strategy, Soft Landscape Proposals and Urban Greening Factor Calculations along with presenting at the Camden Council Design Review Panel.

The development is currently awaiting determination.
