Catalyst Bicester, Phase 2

LBLA developed the landscape works for the reserved matters application at Catalyst, Bicester. The development is for several commercial units to the south of the town. Albion Land have now been granted permission from Cherwell District Council and the site is to open in Autumn 2023. We worked closely with ecologists at Tyler Grange to create a large wetland at the southern end of the site to provide habitat from a range of domestic and migratory birds. The landscape design provides a high level of visual amenity with tree lined roads, amenity planting beds and formal parkland for visitors and on site employees.
