Park Place, Cardiff – Landscape Design

LBLA produced detailed soft landscape design proposals for this new block of residential flats in the heart of Cardiff. Working alongside cwf Architects (https://www.cfw-architects.co.uk/) LBLA have produced a vibrant landscaping scheme enhancing both the context of the new residential block and the street scene. LBLA worked alongside project engineers to develop key Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SuDS). Rain gardens will be installed with key plants ensuring optimum surface water capture.

Planning approval and all conditions discharged with construction works now underway on site.
