Wye Valley AONB – Replacement Dwelling

A replacement dwelling within the heart of the Wye Valley. LBLA developed a landscape driven approach based on desk and site-based assessment taking into account both site and statutory constraints. Following the output of our Landscape and Visual Appraisal we developed a landscape strategy for the site highlighting key opportunities to maximise usable space and ensure effects on the local AONB and surrounding park and garden were minimised.

Planning permission has now been granted with all conditions approved for this new dwelling within the Wye Valley AONB.
