Townstal Road Care Home

LBLA developed the landscape works for the outline planning application at Townstal Road Care Home. The development sought to develop a 61 Apartment Extra Care/Assisted Living Scheme. LBLA worked closely with Powell Dobson Architects and the design team to achieve an outline consent on 03rd March 2023.

The key to the landscape design was to ensure a high level of residential amenity was established whilst achieving key BNG metrics. The development is currently in the post planning detailed design stage.
