Waypointe, Cardiff – Student Accommodation

LBLA developed the landscape design at this innovative student accommodation development at Waypointe Cardiff. We worked on landscape details to ensure adequate provision for trees proposed on site. The development is currently under construction and is due to open for students in September 2024.

Waypointe is Cardiff’s latest Modern Student Accommodation in the heart of Cathays, ideally located in the centre of this cosmopolitan student area, just 2 minutes walk from Cardiff University, as well as a short journey to Cardiff Metropolitan University, University of South Wales & Royal College of Music & Drama.

Modern, minimalist design spread across a 7,000sq ft site, each furnished room comes complete with double bed, desk + storage as well as ensuite + communal kitchen/dining area.
